Where are you based?
We are proudly based in Edmonton, Alberta, and serve clients throughout the city and surrounding areas. We’re also available for travel depending on the event location (travel fees may apply).
What types of events do you plan?
We specialize in a wide range of events, including:

- Wellness and themed gatherings
Do you offer consultations?
Yes! We offer consultations to help you brainstorm, plan, or refine your event ideas. If you decide to move forward with one of our planning packages, your consultation fee can be credited toward your final balance.
Do you coordinate with vendors?
Absolutely. We work with trusted vendors across Edmonton for:
- Catering & bartending
- Photography & videography
- Décor & rentals
- Entertainment & DJs
- Florals, cakes, and more
We manage all vendor communication, bookings, and day-of logistics so you don’t have to.
Can I customise a package?
Yes! All of our planning packages are customizable. Whether you need full-service planning or just day-of coordination, we tailor our services to your event size, style, and needs.
How far in advance should I book?
To ensure the best planning experience and vendor availability, we recommend:
- 1 year in advance for full wedding planning
- 3–6 months in advance for social events (e.g. birthdays, showers, corporate)
- 4–8 weeks in advance for private and intimate events
- Extra fee may apply for last-minute events.
What’s your payment policy?
A deposit is required to secure your date. Flexible payment plans are available, and the remaining balance is due before the event. Full terms will be outlined in your client agreement.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is detailed in your contract. We’ll work with you to find the best possible solution based on timing and service already rendered.
Do you travel for events?
Yes, we do! We’re happy to travel outside Edmonton for your event depending on availability. Travel and accommodation fees may apply.
